The mid-century inspired furniture and vertical birch wood slats on the walls created a cozy yet modern atmosphere. I also loved the fact that my room was a duplex and offered great views of the Hong Kong mountains. The location near Jordan Road and the MTR made exploring Kowloon and Central convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and stylish stay.

The only good things were the location, close to Nathan Road and the Metro, and the friendly staff who were accommodating. these minor advantages did not make up for the numerous issues and disappointment I experienced.
The hotel did not meet my expectations at all. The room size was way too small and the bed was tiny.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and tucked away on a quiet side street off the bustling Nathan Road. We were surrounded by several nice restaurants, making it easy to find a delicious meal each night. The staff at reception were always welcoming and had smiles on their faces, reminding us to check our belongings during check-out. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a comfortable bed and clean amenities. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping our room tidy and providing fresh towels daily. We also appreciated the free use of the handy phone, which helped us navigate the city and make free calls. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.
Although the service was friendly, there is room for improvement in terms of the quality of service provided. However, we would definitely recommend this place to our friends for its fantastic location and the overall positive experience we had during our stay.
